It includes vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, beans, eggs, and dairy, and, unlike a vegetarian diet, fish, and sometimes shellfish are included. The Merriam-Webster dictionary dates the origin of the term "pescetarian" to 1993 and defines it to mean: "one whose diet includes fish but no meat". The restaraunt's motto is "Fine, Fresh, Cuisine"

With the overall feel of Aqua the goal is to maintain a streamlined sleekness that reflects the feel of the ocean. The colors are to display the depth of the oceans and the simplicity of water. The biggest challenge was to maintain the sleek feel throughout stationery process as the different elements, and sizes of these elements, aren't always suited for a thin sleek application.
