This project was for a screening of the film "Black Swan" on Robert Morris University's campus. The posters were to be hung on campus.
Create an event poster for The Colonial Theater's presentation of The Black Swan
The goal was to stray from the actual film's advertising strategy, but keep the feel of the film alive. The dancer appears broken and fragmented, much as the main character is in the story. Color was inspired by a simple palette to try and emphasize the broken dancer illustration.
